Q: Are the products pre-ordered or ready stocks?

A: 70% of the products are ready stock. In the situation where the products are out of stock, it will require minimum 1 week for us to re-stock the products (overseas products might take longer than that). We purchase products every single day.

Q: Where does Allpackz products come from?

A: Temma Shiki’s products are all from Japan. We do have a variety of products from Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan and Korea.

Q: Can I bargain for cheaper price?

A: No, the price shown is fixed. However, if you buy in Bulk (more than 3 cartons), please request quotation from us. We will definitely give you discount.

Q: Is the shipping free of charge?

A: No, the price shown for Loose Product does not include shipping fee yet. You can download our Shipping Rate Guide for reference. However, for Bulk Purchase, we normally include delivery to your door step.

Q: How do I make payment?

A: You can make payment to us via Paypal or through Online Transfer, Cash Deposit, ATM Transfer, Cheque Deposit or Interbank Transfer.

Online Transfer - Make payment with online banking (E-Banking). Most of the banks support this method nowadays.

Cash Deposit - Make payment at the local banks that we are engaging directly.

ATM Transfer - Make payment with the ATM machine at the local banks that we are using directly.

Cheque Deposit - Make payment with cheque deposit. This method requires about 1-2 business days to process.

Interbank Transfer - Make payment between 2 different banks (e.g. Maybank to CIMB Bank). This method requires about 1-2 business days to process.

Q: Which bank do you accept?

A: We accept CIMB Bank and UOB Bank.

Q: What do I need to do after I have made the transfer/payment?

A: Kindly fill up Payment Notification Form for every successful payments, our staffs will verify your payment on the same day.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We are sorry; we don’t allow cancelation of order. Once you have made payment for your purchase, it is considered sold. However, you can use the same amount of money paid to exchange for another product with similar value.

Q: Which courier company are you using?

A: We are engaging a few courier companies/lorry transportation companies for the delivery service. This is because we will weigh and select the most cost efficient shipping method for our customers. We will contact you on the selected shipping method once we have received your order.

Q: How long does it take for my order to reach my end?

A: It is fast, you will receive your order in just 7-9 working days after the payment is confirmed.

Q: I haven't received my order and I have paid it, since some time ago?

A: Kindly check your order status at 'Order History' whether it is "Shipped" or not. If the status is "Shipped", you can track your order at 'Parcel Tracking' with the Tracking ID provided. You should recieve an email notification with your Tracking ID for every confirmed order. If you haven't recieved any notification kindly email us at info@allpackz.com

Q: My parcel has return to your company because the postman could not reach me after some time, what should I do?

A: You need to contact our customer service via 'Contact Us', please be reminded that you need to pay for the new postage fee.
